When I met Krista and Gio I could tell they were a very laid back and fun loving couple. They have been married for about a year already and decided they wanted to do a full wedding for friends and family to enjoy now. The venue (Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park) was the perfect backdrop for the day. While I had never visited this venue, there are many different areas for weddings and receptions to be held. The weather decided not to cooperate, but we were able to get a break in the rain for a sneak peek and then a quick jaunt via golf cart out to some of the sculptures for portraits.
There was one particular sculpture that Krista had in mind to visit. We set out on the cart up one of the largest hills in the area. As soon as we reached the top, the sky opened and the rain came down hard and fast. Soaking wet but laughing the whole time, we managed to keep Krista from getting TOO wet and proceeded with photos in "mostly dry" conditions once the rain let up.
This certainly was a wedding day I wont soon forget.
Awe such a beautiful wedding! Washington Township, Ohio is lucky to have such a talented wedding photographer!
