Andrea and Jarrod met me about 9 months ago in preparation to photograph their wedding. I remember meeting with them over Starbucks and being struck by how well their personalities complimented each other as we all sat down to discuss wedding photography. Many times the gentlemen don't participate as much in the wedding planning, but Jarrod was there by Andrea's side.
Their wedding ceremony took place at Urbancrest Baptist Church in Lebanon on a very rainy and cool September day. The church was beautiful and I absolutely loved working with the stage lighting in new and fun ways. The thing about being a wedding photographer is that you have to be able to be adaptable. Weddings aren't often planned around the best lighting or "golden hour". Many weddings occur in very dimly lit churches. If there is bad weather, you can't just reschedule. Between the rain and a dark church with stage lighting and up lighting we had some fun and new lighting to work with and I loved getting the chance to be creative with it!!
The reception took place at the Warren County Carrer Center where everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal, fun company, and some great dancing! Please enjoy a sampling of photos from this wedding.
